Ballad (Solos: Rob Simone - Alto Sax)

I am blessed to have such wonderful soloists in my band. Rob Simone, has played lead alto in this band since its earliest incarnations, and has never missed a gig or rehearsal yet! I wrote this piece with Rob in mind, knowing that he’d bring his beautiful unique touch to the work. In the control room we were having discussions trying to pin down who Rob sounds most like; the answer we eventually concluded with was that he sounded entirely unique; a tone belonging only to Rob Simone.
